calculator for face to face walk in
Hi
I would love to know how many agent required to serve walk-in at interview if I want to achieve 80 percent of customers being served within 20 min or 45 min respectively. My average transaction time per walkin is 13min and the post interview work is 7 min. Daily average of walk in is 250.
