In digital systems complements are used for simplifying the subtraction & doing logical manipulations.Basically there are two types of complements :1)r's complement
2) (r-1)'s complement

We use it for 10's ,9's,2's, 1's complements of base 10 ,and base 2 respectively.
But in case we have base other 10 & 2 as mentioned above, then how to get the complemented value correctly and what are the methods?
Consider we have a number 935 of base 11 then how to calculate 10's complement of 935 of base 11 and similarly for other numbers who are having other different bases.
So I want a calculator to calculate the complements correctly for any base value of a given number.
