Decimal degrees to DMS and to Compass points

I want and need a Calculator that converts the decimal degrees using Latitude and Longitude options to Compass points, for example:
Latitude: 35.17380831799959
Longitude: -108.80859375
The converted DMS (degrees, minutes, secondes) are the following:
35º 10' 25.71'' N
108º 48' 30.937'' S
But then, the compass points are the following:
0.3 mi WNW of Las Vegas, Nevada
