Silicon controlled rectifiers specify critical rate of Voltage rise apt to latch them on WHEN I DO NOT WANT THEM ON. 8 Ohms, 1 mFd, etc low pass RC filters, must be slower than 425 Volts per microsecond as 26 Vdc charges capacitor through 8 Ohm resistor, plug in different R and C values, Voltage values etc...
