You may use the following calculator to decode a message, encoded by the International Code of Signals (ICS). ICS is used to transmit signals by use of visual, sound and radio communications. The calculator transforms the message in flag signal sequence and Morse Code. The flags description follows the calculator.
The calculator supports single and two letter signals plus some signals used in US and Russian Navy. It interprets and substitutes the signal parameters if any. As an example, the message of Captain Grant from the famous novel by Jules Verne is used.
