The amount of material for the mesh

It's required to produce a mesh with predetermined length and width, roughly square meshes from tape with predetermined width. It is necessary to calculate the total length of the tape.

It's required to produce a mesh with a predetermined length, width and roughly square meshes from a tape with a predetermined width. It is necessary to calculate the total length of the tape.
For calculation, it's necessary to know the approximate size of a single mesh. The final size will be calculated so as to have a whole number of meshes by the width and length of the tape. The mesh size is defined and calculated from the center of one tape to the center of the other, i.e. mesh gap is smaller in length and width by the tape width.
