Aztec numerals
The calculator translates an integer number into the Aztec numbers.
Like Maya, Aztecs used vigesimal (based on 20) numeral system. But the aztec numeral system was additive, that means the order of symbols was not important and a special symbol was designated for every 20'th power. The following calculator converts an input integer number in Aztec number script.
Aztec numeral symbols




Aztec symbols for twenties power:
- dots for units
- flags for the twenties
- trees for the four hundreds
- ceremonial pouches for the eight thousands. 1
The Aztecs did not have a zero symbol.
