A small development of the article Azimuth and solar elevation angle.

Inspired by the calculator request /3004/: *"There is an excellent, in my understanding, calculator that helps to calculate sun azimuth for each point on the globe and its angle to the horizon at a given time. A calculator able to show when the sun is at a given point would be a great addition. I.e., we set coordinates, date, sun azimuth. And we will have time at which the sun is in given azimuth. Such a calculator will help determine the insolation time of building facades at both project and ready states. It will help to find the optimal position of solar panels, greenhouses, plantations…"*

Accordingly, for clarity, better represent the data with tables and graphs of sun altitude and azimuth. The new calculator reuses the code of an old one, changing the calculation time with a 1-hour increment. The result is below. Coordinates and time zone is set to Moscow by default.
