A small development of the article Azimuth and solar elevation angle.

Inspired by the calculator request /3004/: "There is an excellent, in my understanding, calculator that helps to calculate sun azimuth for each point on the globe and its angle to the horizon at a given time. A calculator able to show when the sun is at a given point would be a great addition. I.e., we set coordinates, date, sun azimuth. And we will have time at which the sun is in given azimuth. Such a calculator will help determine the insolation time of building facades at both project and ready states. It will help to find the optimal position of solar panels, greenhouses, plantations…"
Accordingly, for clarity, better represent the data with tables and graphs of sun altitude and azimuth. The new calculator reuses the code of an old one, changing the calculation time with a 1-hour increment. The result is below. Coordinates and time zone is set to Moscow by default.
